What are the pendants made out of?

All of our pendants are made of 0.925 grade sterling silver.

Where are the pendants made?

All of our unique jewelry is made by hand by artisans in Bali, Indonesia, which is where the most prestigious sterling silver jewelry originates..

How big is the container of the cross pendant?

The detachable part of the cross pendant has interior dimensions of 1 inch tall x 1/4 inch diameter. It can hold approximately 1/3 of a teaspoon worth of material.

Where do you ship from?

All shipments are sent from either our warehouse in Salamanca, NY or Ontario, Canada. Shipments are sent either by UPS or the postal service.

How long does it take to receive the item after I order?

Although there are no guarantees for shipping, customers within the USA or Canada can expect a shipping time of 3-5 business days. International orders can take up to 3 weeks.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping quotes are generated depending on the location of delivery. Typically within the US and Canada shipping is $18-$20. International orders are between $20-$75.

Do you offer custom designs?

Do you have a return policy?

Yes, you can return items within 30 days of purchase for a refund, less a 15% restocking fee. The original shipping charge is non refundable and it is the buyers responsibility to pay for the cost of shipping the item back. We must receive the product back in its original form in order to issue a refund.

Is this the exact same cross from the movie Cruel Intentions?

No. They are closely modeled after the cross that Sarah Michelle Gellar wears in the movie and function the same. They are not authorized or endorsed by the film makers or production company that produced the movie, Cruel Intentions.
